Fabrinet Files Registration Statement for an Initial Public Offering
Bangkok, Thailand – October 31, 2007 – Fabrinet announced today that it has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of its ordinary shares. The offering will include ordinary shares sold by Fabrinet and by certain of its shareholders. The number of ordinary shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined.
Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. will act as lead managers for the offering. A registration statement relating to these securities has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, but has not yet become effective. These securities may not be sold nor may offers to buy these securities be accepted prior to the time the registration statement becomes effective.
