Customer reports can be generated and e-mailed to customer contacts and Fabrinet's engineering team when a customer-specified event occurs; such as when a problem occurs, warning parameters are exceeded, product ships, etc.

Product Traceability
Fabrinet can also provide customers with an advanced product traceability system providing comprehensive information for the components and processes incorporated in a specified product. For example, the system can trace a part, provide the source supplier for a particular component and even list which employee worked on which process during assembly.
